Functions: Estrogenic, anti - tumor and cholesterol - reducing. Red clover contains very high levels of all four isoflavones, including biochanin A, formononetin, daidzein and genistein. These isoflavone constituents also exist as corresponding sugar derivatives ( glycosides ) , sissotrin, ononin, diadzin and genistin.
